Participants in the 17th Harbury Hash, September 20th 2009 - watch this space for more pix and a report of the event.
What is it?
Harbury Hash is a popular annual village event for all ages - this years will be the 17th! It is loosely based on a paper trail, but the trail is marked in flour. There are two separate trails, one for walkers and one for runners. It is for all ages, levels of fitness, or lack of, and short cutting is actively encouraged. There's a BBQ afterwards so please bring your own meat, veggie, drinks, salads, etc. We will provide bread plus the drinks for the down downs (penalties). Dogs on a lead with well-behaved owners are most welcome. - Hash supplies down down beer, soft drinks, water, French bread.
- Individuals must bring their own meat, veggie, salad, drinks, etc.
- Entrance fee - same as last time, £2 adult or children, or £8 family
- Walkers route inside runners route – share same flour with specific signs for walkers
